Jennifer Gorzelany

Jennifer Gorzelany is Head of Strategy at Encoded Therapeutics, where she oversees the corporate communications and business development functions. She has over twenty-five years of experience in both consulting and industry roles. Prior to joining Encoded, Jennifer served as Principal Consultant at Laurelwood, a life science consulting firm she founded. Through Laurelwood, Jennifer played integral roles in the launch of Voyager Therapeutics and Lotus Tissue Repair. She also provided advisory support to precision medicine companies, including Rhythm Pharmaceuticals and Fulcrum Therapeutics. Jennifer held multiple business and intellectual property roles at Dyax Corp, culminating as Director of Competitive Intelligence. Jennifer earned her B.A. in Biology from Boston University and is a licensed Patent Agent through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
