Board Member
Bryan Roberts, Ph.D., is a member of the board of directors at Encoded Therapeutics and a partner at Venrock. He is currently involved with numerous public and private companies including 10X Genomics, Castlight Health, Cloudflare, Devoted Health, Doctor on Demand, Grand Rounds, Hua Medicine, Intarcia, Inscripta, Lyra Health and Suki.ai.
Previous investments include Ariosa Diagnostics (acquired by Roche), athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN), and Ikaria (acquired by Mallinckrodt), among many others. Bryan was named a Henry Crown Fellow by the Aspen Institute in 2006 and has ranked on Forbes’ Midas List 10 times, 2008 – 2018.
He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
